Risk vs Uncertainty

Risk and uncertainty, there is a difference between the two. Risk can be managed, uncertainty cannot be managed it needs to be mitigated. This is analogous to a mystery vs a secret. Secrets and risks are difficult but it is possible to identify, and therefore possible to manage. Mysteries and uncertainty can never be solved and simply need to be mitigated.
